Current social distancing guidelines are in place at the Farm, staying 6 feet away from others, and we recommend wearing a mask until the current health crisis has passed.
The Cut Your Own Flowers garden will be open mid June through the end of September.
Check the Fernrock Farm Facebook page to confirm hours for a specific day since inclement weather could force closing.
Tips for a fun farm visit:
-Bring clippers or scissors. (We have some loaner pairs, too.)
-Bring a container in which to take flowers home. Cut stems into our container and move into yours.
-Wear sunscreen, a sun hat, and closed toe shoes.
-Bring a water bottle.
Flower Farm Experience for Families
For a fun and memorable family activity, book a private tour of the farm for 2 parents and 2 children. A farm staff member will tell you about different flower varieties and how they are grown. We’ll show you how to cut flowers, assist you in the Cut Your Own Flowers Garden, and each of you will make a mason jar arrangement.
Cost for 1.5 hours is $120. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a time.
Want to cut lots of flowers for a large special event such as a rehearsal dinner, wedding, or retirement party? Email us at email@example.com to arrange a time.
